15/05/2010 - top barn

Been training at top barn in worcester today. Went for a dip in the lake, very cold. Then went off for a group bike ride with the west mid tri academy, did about 30miles with lots of hills. Then got back and got straight off the bike onto a two lap run around the lake. Felt quite tired after that but went for another dip in the lake much warmer this afternoon, woohoo :) Back home now, feet up with a bit of gcse revision ready to watch britains got talent :D
